FACE-LIFT

Procedure Overview

A face-lift is a cosmetic surgical procedure performed to achieve a more youthful facial appearance. The surgery aims to reduce sagging skin and smooth out the folds of skin on the cheeks and jawline. Commonly known as a rhytidectomy, a face-lift involves the lifting of flaps of skin on both sides of the face, alteration of tissues beneath the skin surface, and removal of excess skin. This results in a more revitalized and refreshed look.

The procedure often includes a neck lift to manage excess sagging skin and fat in the neck area. It’s important to note that a face-lift alone cannot correct wrinkles or fine lines caused by sun exposure. Additional cosmetic procedures are available to address skin texture and quality.
